My experience ranges from advising individuals who are witness’s, targets or subjects of grand jury investigations, to representing clients through indictment proceedings, pre-trial litigation, plea negotiation phases, as well as at trial.

In certain cases to bring closure and end the litigation with the most beneficial outcome possible, it is in the best interest of the client to accept a favorable plea resolution. However, that is rarely ever Fred’s starting point. He is never hesitant to hold the government prosecutors accountable to meet their burden of proof after alleging any criminal accusation or charge.
