Several notable cases, among many others, in which I successfully defended clients include:
In New York County, the District Attorney’s Office charged my client with Murder in the Second Degree. The prosecution alleged that he confessed and was captured on videotape committing the murder. Following extensive litigation, my defense resulted in the Murder and all other charges being dismissed and sealed.
In Bronx County, the District Attorney’s Office charged my client with Murder in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree. The prosecution alleged that he murdered an individual by shooting them with a machine gun. Ultimately, my defense resulted in the Murder in the Second-Degree charge being dismissed.
In New York County, the District Attorney’s Office charged my client with Murder in the Second Degree. The prosecution alleged that he murdered an individual by punching and stomping him to death. At trial, my client was convicted of a misdemeanor, Assault in the Third Degree.
In New York County, the District Attorney’s Office charged my client with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, an A Felony and Criminal Possession with Intent to Sell, a class B Felony offense. The prosecution alleged that my client possessed and concealed approximately four ounces of cocaine in his jacket. Following extensive litigation, my defense resulted in the A Felony and B Felony charges being dismissed. My client pled guilty to a misdemeanor and received a non-incarceratory sentence.
In New York County, the District Attorney’s Office charged my client with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell a class B Felony. The prosecution alleged that my client possessed cocaine in his hands. My defense resulted in the B Felony charges being dismissed. My client pled guilty to a misdemeanor and received a non-incarceratory sentence.
In Kings County, the District Attorney’s Office charged my client with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell, a class B Felony. The prosecution alleged that my client possessed hundreds of glassines of heroin and concealed it inside his pants. Ultimately, my defense resulted in the B Felony charges being dismissed and my client pled guilty to a misdemeanor.
In New York County, the District Attorney’s Office charged my client and his corporation with Felony charges including tax fraud and larceny offenses. Following extensive litigation, my defense resulted in all charges being dismissed against my client personally and only the corporation pled guilty to a misdemeanor and sentenced to pay a fine.
In Queens County, the District Attorney’s Office charged my client in two separate cases with Assault. In each case, my representation at trial resulted in his acquittal on all charges.
In Bronx County, the District Attorney’s Office, charged my client with Felony Sex Offenses, including class B and C Felonies. After extensive litigation, I secured a negotiated plea for my client to receive a non-incarceratory sentence.
In Queens County, the District Attorney’s Office charged my client, a police officer, with a Sex Offense, a class B Felony offense. Ultimately, my defense resulted in all criminal charges being dismissed and my client pled guilty to a violation, Disorderly Conduct, which record was sealed.
