In Bronx County, the District Attorney’s Office charged my client with Murder in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree. The prosecution alleged that he murdered an individual by shooting them with a machine gun and gave a videotaped confession. Ultimately, my defense resulted in the Murder in the Second-Degree charge being dismissed.
